Each cache drops 1 useful item and 1 Parasus treasure. Replicas that do not interest you can be salvaged into Echoing Shards. You can speak to Clunk to exchange 5 Echoing Shards for 1 Ancient Tech Crate as part of the Mole & Co recycling program.
