What are Prestige Diamonds (PD)?

Prestige Diamonds (also known as PD or PD credit) are a way to obtain items and services not available in the Gem Store. The PD Store also has a separate loyalty meter and reward from the Gem Store.

Gems cannot be used for these services and (unless bought together through PD*) do not increase your PD loyalty meter.

You may purchase Gems with your PD order to get a small Gem bonus based on your order. Ordering PD also allows you to purchase seasonal Gem Store items for a 150% Gem price when they are unavailable/out of season.

How can I buy PD?

Minimum order in PD is $100 USD. Once you know what you want to get - speak with Orange through Discord and tell her your full order, then she will tell you how to proceed.

Base conversion is $1 = 1. You receive discounts and bonuses based on your total order. You can order a custom amount with an order list or set amounts:

• $100 = 100 + 70 bonus
• $200 = 200 + 150 bonus
• $300 = 300 + 230 bonus
• $400 = 400 + 320 bonus
• $500 = 500 + 420 bonus

Never send a payment without talking to Orange first.

What payment methods can I use for PD?

We currently accept direct credit/debit card payments through Stripe (no account needed) or crypto (ETH, USDT, USDC, BNB) for purchasing PD.

Can I refund/exchange PD Store items?

There are no refunds for PD Store, as per our Terms of Service all purchases are final.

For exchanges: after your initial purchase you have 5 days to exchange the items/services you purchased if you are dissatisfied with them. Past those 5 days, unless said otherwise by Orange, you cannot exchange items or change the stats you purchased.

It is possible to change edit stats or move them to a different item for a fee:

• Move edit stat = 10 per item
This service is restricted to items edited less than 6 years before the date of the service purchase. Edited items older than that will not qualify for this service.
• Change edit stat = 10 per item
  Unrestricted
• Move enchant (+14-15 only) = 10 per item
This service is restricted to your own items only, furthermore the enchant on the item must not be older than 2 years from the date of the service purchase. Items with older enchants or enchants originally purchased by others will not qualify for this service.
• Move + change edit stat = 15 per item
  Falls under move edit restrictions.
• All three services at once (from one item to another single item.) = 20 per item
  Falls under move edit restrictions.

Are there any PD Store rules?

You are free to do anything, unless it goes against our Terms of Service, with your items. There is no limitation on trading, selling, buying, etc.

Remember that your items are your responsibility so you must keep them safe, beware of sharing accounts and items!
