Costume Runes allow you to upgrade costume pieces to mix 'n match stylish outfits while retaining your empowered stats.
Combine a Costume Rune of your choice with a non-upgraded costume piece through crafting to enhance it, overwriting its old stats with stronger new ones.
Runing a costume is irreversible, once a rune is used up, it cannot be returned, and you cannot remove a rune from a costume piece.
